Here resides most of the information pertaining to my ICC game and setting.

Summary

The world of the ICC is much like our own, though there is one important difference. The powers of the mind are real and have been harnessed for both good and ill. This truth is a closely guarded secret, as the ability to direct another's actions or kill them with a thought would terrify most people into deadly persecution against all those with psionic ability. The various organizational entries contain much of the differences in history between the two worlds. Following this are the changes to the core d20 Modern game mechanics that I have chosen to implement.
